AFA Design and Construction was established in 1994, founded by Ali Afshar and Ramesh Olyayani , to provide a superior and personalized construction package solution to his clients with luxury finishes and prestige quality. Since then AFA has been engaging in all types of residential works from concept to completion.
Our employees are constantly seeking opportunities to exceed their client’s requirements and expectation to provide appropriate solutions and to respond with innovative methods of project delivery. With the future of the company all graduating from the University of Technology Sydney with degrees in Construction Management, Architecture and Property Economics. Combining with the lengthy construction experience and guidance, a vision to create a long lasting legacy and positive footprint within the business is imbedded.
